After a collision 4/1/12, my insurance company suggested Jerry's collision ctr for the repairs to my car. Since the person who hit my car chose to pay for the repair by check, I was a bit concerned. The check arrived, cleared; the work was then scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The staff could not have been more supportive and helpful thru the entire process. Kudos to all of them for their friendliness, knowledge and the quality of the repair. I would definitely recommend the collision center for any repair/body work needed.

My 2006 Toyota RAV 4 was side swiped by an unknown driver who left the scene. I started the repair process that evening with my insurance company. They advised that Jerry's was one of the places I could get an estimate for my repairs. I had my car repaired there before when someone backed into my car and dealt with your body shop manager, Bob, on those repairs and was extremely satisfied so I elected to get the work done again at Jerry's.
As you can imagine, I was extremely upset about the "hit and run" accident and called Jerry's Tuesday morning to schedule an estimate. They were very accommodating and agreed to give me an estimate that afternoon. I asked Ashley about the process since this was the first incident I had in dealing with Liberty. She advised me that once they received approval from Liberty, they could schedule the repairs.
I called Jerry's Thursday morning and was advised they had not yet received approval so I got on the phone to Liberty. Liberty told me they sent approval to Jerry's. Ashley then got Bob involved and we both called Liberty many, many times and spoke with several different people. I told Bob that I was leaving for Florida on Sunday and that it would really be wonderful if he could do the repairs while I was in Florida because then I wouldn't have to get a rental. Bob immediately said he would continue to call Liberty and find out what was going on. We both continued to make calls back and forth and he finally did what he needed to do to get approval. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. He called me Friday and told me if I could drop the car off on Saturday, he would have it done the following Friday. Also, knowing the stressful week that I had, he also asked how I would feel if he was able to have the car in my driveway upon my return from Florida. I told him that would be exceptional and he said he couldn't promise but would really try.
He called me on my cell while in Florida with updates, which I asked him to do. He called when my car was done and when it was in my driveway. I feel he provided "exceptional" customer service. He always responded to my calls quickly and with kindness and really listened to my every word and need and believe me, I called him a lot.
I feel like I would be doing an injustice if I didn't follow up and let you know what a fantastic body shop manager you have. People only take time to tell you how dissatisfied they are and rarely take the time to tell you how "satisfied" and how wonderful their experience was. This is the exact kind of customer service this world needs but we don't have enough of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and had to let you know what an asset he is to your organization. This is my second experience with him and I will continue to use his services and will tell others how satisfied I was with the service and repairs as well. My car looks absolutely fantastic and doesn't even look like it was hit. I feel like I was treated like a family member.

So they took my car to Jerrys, and I just want to tell you what an excellent place it is and a great team. It was like I was Bob's only customer (even though I know he is very busy). He is an excellent manager. One of the first things I noticed is how clean and organized the shop is. They all went out of their way to give me great service. As a side note, I am an Executive and Leadership Coach. I work with teams and individuals to be just like the team that you have at Jerry's.
